Calling all Cricut fans! I seem to have been bitten by the Cricut bug. I need help in deciding which on is right for me. For those of you who don’t know a Cricut is a cutting machine used to cut a variety of materials such as vinyl and window cling. I have narrowed down my choices to the Cricut Explore Air 2 and the Cricut Maker. Both cut, vinyl and window cling. The Cricut Maker will cut a wider variety of materials such as fabric, thin wood, leather and even thin copper. Research also, suggests that the Cricut Maker will have more opportunities to expand in the future. Rumor has it the company is working on developing a way to cut plastic. Part of me feels like the Maker is the way to go but it is so much money. Another part of me feels the Air 2 is the way to go but I worry I will quickly outgrow it. Since the machines are fairly knew they are not on the resale pages and if they are they are priced high enough it is not worth it to purchase used. For those who have a Cricut, are you happy with your choice? For those of you who do not have either what are your thoughts? Below are links to both machines on Amazon as well as a board I created on Pinterest with ideas. I look forward to reading your comments below. Also, stay tuned for my decision.

If you have a Pinterest Board with Cricut inspired ideas will you share the link in the comments too?
